So I guess I tried this method. I think the products used far outweigh the method. I now use Terresentials mud hair wash. I don't use conditioner at all now. The only time I do is after an Aphogee protein treatment which is once per month. The products make all the difference in my opinion. The hair wash leaves my hair super soft and defined.Lynayahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17161871388397643547noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4506273033914935972.post-65489588452051445082011-11-01T18:22:03.761-04:002011-11-01T18:22:03.761-04:00@Chocolate Orchid...I like this method. I only use leave in on wash days to cut down on build up. However, I use shea butter to seal moisture into my hair, which I only do twice a week, hence reduction in product build up.

Like you said, a number of factors have to be considered when using this method.
I believe at some point you have to use shampoo or a clarifier either once a month or every six weeks.Coilybellahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14595377666277448455noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4506273033914935972.post-37528417453896103752011-11-01T14:01:30.400-04:002011-11-01T14:01:30.400-04:00What a gorgeous photo!

The only difference is that I apply conditioner first to detangle, then rinse it out. Then I shampoo. And then I condition again.

This method actually cuts a step out, so I'll definitely try it out.ChocolateOrchidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06012098213623493976noreply@blogger.com
