~HAIR TALK THURSDAY IN REVIEW "NATURALEE HAIR CARE "

Happy hair talk Thursday Ladies!

In review today I bring you a buttercream and a Butter from NaturaLee hair care. So let's get right into the review.

The owner of this company is super sweet. You can tell she really appreciates her customers. She is based out of Arkansas. I am quite impressed with the products I tried thus far. Especially knowing this is a home based service. And not done in mass production , or made by a large company.

OLIVE $ JOJOBA BUTTERCREAM ( pictures 1 and 2 starting from the top)

COST : $14.00 / 8oz

Packaging :

This buttercreame comes in a very cute red jar and black top. Which includes a picture of the owner , the name of the company, name of product , size, website and ingredients. The label has stayed on the jar upon using. I have had no problem with the words fading or the likes.

Arrival and shipping :

The shipping was excellent and my products was shipped very quickly. The cost for shipping was very reasonable ( sorry I can not remember exact cost) but I do remember it was reasonable. She shipped my items the very same day. They arrived in the regular shipping envelope, safe and sound.

 The Claim :

A rich creamy moisturizer. That contains extra virgin olive oil and pro- vitamin b5 which helps with the strength of the hair and protects the ends from splitting.

Directions:

Place hair into 4-6 sections. Apply a dime to nickel size amount to each section. Apply more if needed.

Ingredients: ( first 5)

Olive Butter, Olea Europaea ( Olive) fruit oil, Distilled aqua ( water), Jojoba Butter, Simmondsia Chinensis ( Jojoba) seed oil. Visit her site ( link below) to view the entire list of ingredients.

My Thoughts:
I really like this product. If you take notice in pictures 1 (one) and 2 , you will see the texture is of a creamer consistency compared to the other butter pictured in 3 and 4.

The consistency is just as stated, creamy.  I love the way this product smells. It smells like banana's. Not to overpowering, and the scent does not linger.

It does a great job at moisturizing my hair, without weighing it down. This product pairs well with other product line's, as well with it's on products from the exact line. ( i.e  Mango Butter). It absorbs very well into my hair, without sitting on top of my strands. I use this product on wet hair only. I did not like it on my hair dry. When using it on my hair wet it did not leave a white cast.

I have gotten consistent results with this product. Another thing about this product it can be used not only in my hair, but my girl's hair as well.

Will I repurchase. Yes Indeed!. This is a keeper in my rotation of buttercreams and butters.

MANGO VANILLA HAIR BUTTER WITHOUT SHEA BUTTER ( pictures 3 and 4)

COST: $10.50 /8 oz

Packaging :

This butter comes in a very cute red jar with a black top. Which includes a picture of I believe the owner. The name of the company, name of the product, size, website, and ingredients. The label has stayed on the jar with no problems upon using. In addition, I have had no problems with any of the words fading of off the jar or the likes.

Arrival and shipping :

Same as the aforementioned buttercream. As I ordered them together.

 The Claim:

VERY rich moisturizing hair butter that's great for hair that needs extra moisture. Also great for moisturizing hair that's in protective styles such as kinky twist, braids, etc. Can be used for two strand twist. Also works great with sealing moisture in hair, can be applied on top of a leave in conditioner.

Directions:

Section your hair in 4-6 sections. Place a small amount of product into your hands. Rub your hands together to warm up the product. Smooth the product through out the hair one section at a time. This product does not have any type of hold but it can be used for soft twist or braid outs.

Ingredients: ( first 5)

Butyrospermum Parkki ( Shea Butter) , Mangifera Indica ( Mango) Butter, Persae Gratissima ( Avocado) Butter, Distilled Aqua ( Water), Apricot Kernel Oil ( Prunus Armeniaca).  Please visit the site ( link below) to view the entire list of ingredients.

*** PLEASE NOTE THIS PRODUCT CAN BE ORDERED WITH OR WITHOUT SHEA BUTTER***

The Scent:

Again, amazing scent. This Butter has more of a fruity scent. Not to overpowering ,  and it does not linger as with both products reviewed here today.

 The Consistency:

This butter is of a thicker consistency oppose to the olive & Jojoba butter cream. View pictures 3 and 4. I also agree with the claim , this butter is a very rich butter.

My Thoughts:

This does a great job at moisturizing, I love the  ( OJBC) and this one together. Again this also absorbs very well into my hair, does not leave a white cast when used on wet hair. Which is the only way I use most of my butters or buttercreams.  Both products do very well with the L.O.L.C.B Method.

However, I did not like this product on my hair dry.It pairs well with my other products. Will I repurchase. Indeed I will ! this is one that I will also keep in my rotation of hair butters.

Over all I am very pleased with my purchase from this company. Very impressed with the customer service as well. She is such a professional, if you need to contact her for any reason she gets back to you very quickly.

Yes, I can look at the consistency and tell it has some weight to it and could work on this thickness. I believe this is a winner, much reminds of Oyin and Sweet Nature products. Both have been good to me. My hair regime is basic though. Noted and bookmarked!
