Ladies! be sure to get your Mammograms. As we all know October is breast cancer awareness month.
If this year will be your very first time getting a Mammogram. Grab your mother, your aunts, nieces, co workers , BFF, daughter, grandaughter,... or neighbor. Make a day of it , get examined and have lunch. Make it A girls day.
It doesn't take long. If family and or friends has had theirs done for the year. Take them any way for moral support if you feel you may need it.
After I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer 3 years ago. Which thanks to the creator. I am now fine, and cancer free I was told by my doctor to begin my mammograms.
And I continue yearly, just as I do my very own breast exams. I take my husband with me for support.
Go alone , or take a friend. Do yourself a favor. Just go!
