Quick update....this is the third day since using KKB "Luscious Locks Hair Mask" conditioner and my hair is still beyond super soft and hydrated!.....Better than any conditioner I have ever used! ...hands down.

First let me say....This girl is "SHARP" in this picture above. I love everything about this picture, and her style from top to bottom.
Now, That I've gotten that out (LOL), on to the topic at hand. I've been revisiting some of my old products ones that I swore by during my first Big Chop. My ole' faithfuls , I have always been a huuge fan of Vo5 strawberries & cream conditioner for co-washing.... Curls " Coconut Sublime Moisturizing Conditioner.....Qhemet Biologics "Amla & Heavy cream"......kiss my face "upper management" styling gel ...or Uncle funky's daughter " Curly Magic" and....Jane Carters " Nourish & Shine" ( only when needed, or when not using the Amla & olive heavy cream, both of them together is to much for my hair)
For what ever reason my ...MyHoneyChild Products, is doing less of the job it had been for my hair, It's just not doing it for me right now. I am beginning to think my hair gets bored just as I do, of using one product allllll the time ( or maybe that's what I'd like to think, because my doing so allows me to buy more products...lol). But, anywho I had to retire my honeychild for a bit, and resort back to my Ole' faithfuls.
The products mentioned above never lets me down ...no matter what!. Annnnd....it seems.... my hair is a lot smoother, and moisturized since going back to my Ole' faithfuls. The moisture level in my hair has jumped up a notch or two, which is always music to my ears. Even , for my baby girls hair ( which is in the 3b range) the Qhemet Biologics has been doing a much better job , lately at laying her cuticles down and making her hair smooth and urber moisturized...for days!
Has this ever happened to you ladies, where you had to have sort of a rotation of products in your regimen. Or has a product you loved stopped working for you? Do share, I would love to hear from you ladies:))

Hello ladies!
I hope everyone is well. I just wanted to do an quick..... on second thought type of update. On a product from the My HoneyChild product line, that I reviewed here http://aunaturale007.blogspot.com/2011/04/my-thoughts-on-myhoneychilds-buttery.html . I mentioned in my review how I adore this creme but thought it was a bit heavy for the warmer months......well, I have put my foot in my mouth (lol). As I am still in love with the honey hair creme from MyHoneyChild and continue to feel the same way about this little number as I did when I shared my final thoughts on it. But, I have since revisted the Buttery soy creme from the very same line. And, ladies let me tell you my hair is in sheer bliss ...I mean I have been having THE best hair days with this moisturizer. What made me revisit it and not only for the colder months was because I noticed the honey hair creme, had a tendency to leave my hair white ( just momentarily) oppose to applying the buttery soy, where as it sank right in my hair. Leaving it moisturized for daaaays, and super soft, with out any greasy feeling at all.
So, lately after my co-washing, I spray my hair with my Aloe herbal spritz, Buttery soy hair creme, tiny bit of kiss my face upper management hair gel, and maybe ( not all the time) I may apply curljunkies curls in a bottle as my finisher. These products are great together. BTW, notice I have had mentioned a leave-in conditioner this round, because I did not use one. But, as stated in my previous post, I am experminting to see the difference between with and without one. So, next week I plan to use a leave in to put my experminent to the test. I shall report back with my finding's :)). And, remember what works for my hair... very well may not work for others.

Before I start this post....is she gorgeous or what!!!!. OK , now on to my revelation., I received my ''curls"
coconut sublime conditioner yesterday. Let, me first say this is not an official review. But, I just had to share my revelation with you ladies. So, back to the curls and my thoughts so far. It smells amaaaazing, very thick, but thus far I do not like this as a co-wash...but, It did much better as a deep conditioner w/ very low heat from my hooded dryer.
As a co-wash it made my hair feel DRY, as some of you know this is NOT what I need right now I need moisture, moisture , moisture!....In the week prior to this I purchased some Herbal Essences hello hydration moisturizing conditioner because, I felt It was an hair emergency (lol) and I had heard , great things about this product for its moisture qualities. I am fully aware that this product is not organic and does contain 1 cone in which I am still researching, what I've found thus far is that this particular cone isn't as bad as some , but I'm still researching...( and I plan to wash/clarify once a month). Any who.....this conditioner was amazing then annnnnd is amazing now, after trying the curls yesterday I panicked and immediately ran to my herbal essences annnnnd ladies let me tell you my hair feels FAB-U-LOUS ...very, very moisturized and soft and is looking better then it has ever looked and felt using shampoo , it feels amazing.
My thoughts are that co-washing is definitely the way I will be going for a while ( my hair is responding well)
And, guess what!?!...I realized that I got better results using a cheaper store brought product than I have ever gotten using SOME of the higher end products. This little number may very well in fact be a staple in my regimen...this particular herbal essences does not contain protein..yay! but , there is another conditioner they have I may check to see if it contain a light protein and use it as my protein product once every 1-2 months.....once I decided to re-incorporate protein in my regimen.
As for my deep moisturizing conditioner...I have used and can use this or revisit the curls( in which I plan to do) as my deep moisturizing conditioner...but, I may be just sticking with HE for a while for all of it... co-wash...deep moisturizing...and protein.
I will however, stick to my higher end products( if you will) Jane carters nourish & shine....uncle funkys daughter"curly magic"....knot today...and, Qhemet Biologics A&O heavy cream. And, guess what because my hair is not as dry and hard feeling anymore...I have revisited the qhemet biologics burdock root butter creme, and it is fabulous as well!. And, of course I will continue to use my herb infused oils...love them!
Sometimes a little change ...can make all the difference in the world!!!

Hello and As salaamu alaikum ladies, Well as some of you may have noticed my posting has slowed down a bit. I've decided to probably just do 1 post per month or so . Just to simply be more involved in my worship, which means more to me than anything I can imagine. You know in life there are some who have things in a order as to which they are most important , and my worship happens to be on the very, very, very top of my list. I also will be changing my hair regime a bit once again ( LOL). I had been having difficulity finding a really good product to define my 3b 3c curls. I had started using the Eco styler olive oil styling gel, well that is ok and will work from time to time ( mixed with plenty of leave in conditioner and shea butter) I really dont like my hair to be hard AT ALL , so when using this I must layer my products, with the above to maintain the softness. I've also come across what sounds to be my "finally found it product". I have heard sooooo much about this product from a few you tubers who use this product to help to enhance there curls. So along I go to find this product along with the site in which to purchase. Now , this product is a bit expensive but the jar is also a good size and the ingredients sound amazing.
This product is " Uncle funky's daughter " ,curly magic (gotta love the name). Below I will add the site. I will keep you guys posted on my results. If any of you ladies have used or heard of this product , please share your feelings and or results with us. Until next time, take care ( smiles).
