Hey there my fellow fabulous naturals !
I am sooo excited....guess what ? my oldest daughter has decided to go natural!!!!. This is truly a great thing. She , has watched me for a year now, embrace my hair from the BC stage...to learning more and more about natural hair...applying what I learn and then sharing it with the natural hair community. She, takes stock of how much I enjoy the process of being free from chemicals. At 13 ...she has official started her transitioning stage today, in which she expressed the desire to only go through this stage for a short period. Before, she goes 100% natural !!!
As, with every single thing she does I support and respect her decisions. She, is such a mature and responsible young lady, this decision is just a pleasant addition to the list.
This, now makes 3 naturals in my home 2 of my daughters and myself ..... 1 to go ( my middle daughter, lol)
Needless, to say I am super excited !

That is so wonderful. I'm so happy for you and your daughter! With a great natual mommy and sister to look up to and go for guidance, it will be a great for her. Tell her I said "enjoy" :-)

@ChocolateOrchid....Thank's ! ...I am really excited for her...One of the many great things about it is the educational side of it for her as well as myself....I now have three different hair types to work with me 3a/3b...my 13 year old 4a/4b...and then my youngest( 5 yrs) she has very loose spiral big curls wavy like ...so this is educational ...all the way around the board !
