4 PRINCIPLES FOR GETTING THE HAIR YOU WANT...
Relationship - You must develop a plan for your hair! Knowing how your hair will react to different environments, products and styles is important to the overall health of your hair. You will have the ability to make increasingly better choices about your hair as you become more familiar with it.
Appreciation - We learn to give up wanting "her" hair and appreciate our own hair and its beauty. The sooner we stop trying to make our hair fit a certain mold, the sooner we discover the inherent beauty of the hair that we have currently been blessed with.
Knowledge - Do you know how to read ingredient labels? How about what combination of products to use when you have color-treated natural hair versus locs? Knowledge empowers you to make the choices that will be the best for your desired result.
Confidence - Now that you've got it - flaunt it! Be proud of your hair, regardless of what stage it's in. Gone are the days when someone else could make you feel negatively about your hair. You are confident and fabulous!
Many thanks to Erinshell Anthony for sharing these simple and great principles with the natural hair community.
P.S. I am lovin this naturals style in the picture above, I have used photos of her previously and each and everytime I see a photo of her she is FLY, FIERCE, AND FABULOUS...I don't know who this natural is but she knows how to throw it on.
Thanks for stopping by!
ENJOY!!!

"Gone are the days when someone else could make you feel negatively about your hair." Truth!
I love that fabulous hair in the pic as well. She looks just like Folake at stylepantry.com If it is yes she is 3F certified.
Great article. I love the "appreciating your hair" part
@Tinuke..Itsn't it ...I enjoy reading it as well. Thanks Tinuke for stopping by, take care:)
@Vee...YES! truth indeed:)...isn't this natural sharp! I love her style.
Thanks Vee for stopping by, take care.
I particularly like the "appreciation" section. I'm so through with people having "loc envy" while not realizing the beauty of their own hair.
Appreciating what you have is an important part of accepting who you truly are.
@Nappy headed black girl...true indeed! thanks for stopping by, take care.
