Hey there fabulous naturals!
This great read is quite helpful in my hair care regimen. So much so that when it was sent to me I new I had to share it with you ladies :)
Creating a record of your hair progress is documenting your hair journey. Do you know why it is important to record your progress? There are many reasons. Recording your journey helps you to see where you started, where you currently are with your hair and where you can go. You can use the information to continue to inspire yourself and inspire others on their own respective journeys.
Write down what products you are using, how you use them and how often you use them. Write down the ingredients of the products that give you great results. Describe the great results. Write down the products and the ingredients that don't give great results and record those as well. Build, improve, refine and solidify your hair care regimen one product and process at a time.
Analyze the notes you take about your hair. Use the written information to determine what you want to continue to do and what you may want to stop doing. Explain why, your reasons and note them in your written record.
Take photos of your hair from all angles at a designated point in time. You don't have to share them with anyone or you can share them with the world! It's up to you.

Side Note:
This is working wonderfully for my hair. This important step has and is continuing to help me in finding what ingredients does not work for me and my hair. Which in turn allows me to save, save, save when considering a hair product. By simply basing the ingredients on the temperment of my hair. ......ENJOY! and
TAKE CARE ! :)
